Drone by Drone has installed on the DJI Inspire 1 the new Samsung 360 camera: The Samsung Gear 360.
The conjunction between DJI and Samsung allows the operator of aerial drones recording videos at 360 degrees, or what is the same, that the viewer can watch the video from any point of view.
The new Samsung Gear 360 camera, newcomer to the market, is capable of recording in 4K quality (3840x1920) high resolution. It also has photographic mode, achieving 25,9MP photos. The camera is controlled remotely by the new Samsung Galaxy S7 and has protection from the elements, making it suitable for use in drones.
The Samsung Gear 360 loaded on our drones allows to record spectacular videos, in natural settings or closed environments, allowing the viewer to interact with the recorded environment. Nothing can escape to the vision of our drones, and therefore to our customers.
The drone model chosen was the DJI Inspire 1, our more versatile and functional model, which we have several units. The weight of the Samsung Gear 360 possible to adapt it in the drone safely through an ingenious piece made in 3D by Tr3sdland Bilbao, which has been designed by our R & D to fit perfectly into the coupling of the gimbal of Inspire 1.
