Drone by Drone has participated in the recording of the sport climbing video clip starring Alex Txikon and produced by Collider Film Solutions.
A few days before Alex Txikon and his expedition (of which we are collaborators) leave for Antarctica, we make these flights in an area as spectacular as the KOREA sector in Araotz, near Oñati (Gipuzkoa).
An area of recognized prestige within the climbing in which the climber and mountaineer, Alex Txikon, has shown that he is not only able to trample peaks of more than 8000m but also to overcome sport climbing routes of maximum hardness. In the video you can see the effort involved in making the Donne 8a route, a real challenge for any human being.
For the drone operating company in Bilbao, it has been a real pleasure to have been able to participate in this project, whose publication has coincided with Alex's birthday and on the date on which he starts with Antarctica, before facing in January the expedition to the Himalayas that will attack the summits of Amadablan and Everest.
