RPAS training for Security Forces and Corps - drones

Drone by Drone continues to offer RPAS training to agents from different Security Forces and Bodies.

The talks that the specialized staff of the Biscayan operating company give to the different police forces, both local and regional, focus mainly on the regulatory aspects of drone or RPAS flight.

Faced with a sector as technical and specific as the flight of unmanned aircraft regulated by specific regulations in continuous change, it is important to have detailed knowledge of the current legislation. It should also be noted that the new entry into force of the European regulations on December 31, 2020 and the foreseeable publication of a new Royal Decree to replace the current RD1036 / 2017, complicates the regulatory framework. Not yet having knowledge of when the new UAS Royal Decree that makes applicable various aspects contained in European Regulations 945 and 947 will be published, a transitional period will be established, in which the personnel of the security forces must make an extra effort to catch up with these new regulations.

Drone by Drone makes informative presentations to agents of the Security Forces and Bodies, precisely to publicize the current legislation and the next future regulatory framework, and that they can adapt to it, both for the performance of operations of said bodies, as well as for knowledge of punishable situations for non-compliance with the stipulated according to the applicable legislation.
