Nexada Project. Intelligent Management of the Water Cycle using drones

Drone by Drone participates in the Nexada Project through which innovative solutions have been identified for intelligent and sustainable management in the water cycle.

The drone operating company, together with AquaDat, participates as a member of the Gaia Cluster (Basque Association of Knowledge Industries and Applied Technology) in the Nexada Project applied to the Sea Food Sector and industry, through the use of drones and digital technologies , with the aim of reducing the use of water and associated costs, improving the management of this resource to positively influence its social responsibility, and guaranteeing the quality and control of the water used through tools that allow decision-making.

The solution developed by Drone by Drone and AquaDat applied to Aquaculture 4.0 focuses on optimizing production efficiency, improving quality control at source, during the process and in the effluent itself, minimizing contamination and reputational risks.

To do this, certified processes are applied through BlockChain, both for system control and digital twin generation, through continuous monitoring through unmanned aircraft and on-board sensors, which allow us to generate data focused on descriptive, predictive or prescriptive analytics. .

The Nexada Project, promoted by the Galician Food Cluster (Clusaga), the Catalan Water Partnership (CWP) and GAIA, receives funding from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.
