Drone by Drone has had the opportunity to participate in a practical session with university students from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
Within the subject of Commercial Management and Business Administration Policies, the students have analyzed the business model, the brand image, as well as the product strategy, once Drone by Drone has made a brief presentation of the drone operator company and the services offered by unmanned aircraft.
Among the issues worked on are above all those associated with product attributes, as well as the design of strategies based on tangibles, intangibles and functionals. With the limited knowledge of the drone sector that the students may have, they have also tried to analyze market trends and what modifications could be made in the services to be offered and in their quality.
For a company like Drone by Drone it is interesting to submit to this type of questions, and to be 'evaluated' by external observers who master these subjects, supported of course by the subject's teaching staff. We would especially like to thank José Félix Gonzalo, professor of the subject, and a born entrepreneur and disseminator, specialized in corporate compliance, for the opportunity to participate in these activities.
It is always a pleasure to come into contact with the academic world and even more so if in this case, it is a participatory and constructive process, in which students contribute their points of view justified by the subjects they are studying.
