Drone by Drone continues filming aerial shots with cinematic drones for the Amazon Prime production, 'Kill Jackie' (The Price You Pay), in various locations in Bizkaia.
The series, filmed in Bizkaia, Lisbon, London, and Swansea, is produced by Fremantle and Steel Springs Pictures in association with Deabru Kalea Filmeak and stars Catherine Zeta-Jones, Óscar Jaenada, Daniel Ings, among others.
'Kill Jackie' is based on the novel 'The Price You Pay' by British author Nick Harkaway (son of John le Carré). The action-packed plot follows Jackie, a woman who has lived a life of luxury as an art dealer for twenty years, trying to forget her past as a drug trafficker. She must confront the most feared squad of hitmen in the world.
We continue to deliver top-notch aerial footage with our cinematic drone, the DJI Inspire 3, equipped with the X9 stabilized camera capable of recording in 8.1k CinemaDNG format. For this project, we traveled to various locations in Bizkaia, where we captured car chases and tracking on stunning mountain roads and through sprawling logistics zones. It was a real challenge for our pilots, but one that was also a joy to work with, thanks to the impressive and diverse fleet of vehicles featured in this production.
The series is scheduled to premiere this year.
