Drone by Drone continues to provide non-EASA training as an authorized entity for delivering training and assessing practical skills for standard national scenarios (STS-ES) in non-EASA activities or services.
A new group of student pilots has received specialized emergency training, taking advantage of the favorable weather conditions at the start of spring. Practical classes and the assessment test for standard national non-EASA scenarios were successfully completed, and the students demonstrated the knowledge acquired during the practical phase of the course, thanks to the excellent environment of our flight field, as outlined in our Instruction Manual.
The Basque Country's drone operator continues to train future professional UAS pilots, in this case in the field of emergency response, enabling them to perform non-EASA flights for law enforcement, emergency, and security services. Please remember that the standard national scenarios (STS-ES-NE), approved by the Spanish State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) in Resolution GR-D-031 of November 10, 2024, are only valid for operations within Spanish territory and airspace. Therefore, they are not valid in other EASA member states or third countries.
