In Drone by Drone we want to join the celebration of the European Mobility Week that takes place from September 16 to 22.
Since 2002, the Mobility Week campaign has tried to improve public health and quality of life by promoting clean and sustainable urban transport. With the aim of reducing air pollution, infinite initiatives arise among which we have to highlight those that influence us as drone operators.
We are talking about the future of Smart Cities, providing sustainable transport solutions through drones, with very little polluting electric motors. The projects of transport of goods or people, are increasingly numerous, given the possibilities that airspace offers us. Both technology and air regulations will advance until the objective of allowing the sustainability of certain traditional transport models is achieved. This year's campaign encourages the use of bicycle or walking mobility as sustainable means of transport.
The Drone by Drone innovation laboratory works in parallel with this trend, and we are currently developing projects whose objectives coincide with the campaign for efficiency and quality of life in cities. Projects developed by Drone by Drone such as 'RFIDrone', 'OsasunDrone' or 'Chronos 5G' are potential systems to use in these new urban environments, so we will continue to innovate and help build that promising future, in which drones will have a lot to say.
