Drone by Drone finalist of the XIII Vodafone Innovation Awards

Drone by Drone has been selected as a finalist in the XIII Vodafone Innovation Awards.

The drone operating company in Bilbao has presented the ResQ System to help the early swimmer by means of a call to call Vodafone Innovation Awards, being selected as a finalist with 10 other candidates. We are proud to have reached the last cut, but we have not been able to win the final award.

With a jury composed of Carlos de la Cruz, Technical Evaluation Director of the CDTI (Center for Industrial Technological Development); Carlos Grau, general director of the Mobile World Capital Foundation Barcelona; Miguel Ángel Valero, general director of CEAPAT (State Reference Center for Personal Autonomy and Technical Aid); Ricardo Gabarró, Director of R&D of Grupo Eulen; Francisco Javier Rodríguez Barea, Manager of Transformation and Digital Innovation, Startups and Entrepreneurship of RENFE; Mar Pereira, director of AMTEGA (Axencia for a Technological Modernization of Galicia); Jorge Barrero, General Director of COTEC Foundation; Carlos Medina, Director of the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (body belonging to the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training), David Santamaría, Industry Head Telecom of Google Spain; Blanca Echániz, Director of Products and Services of Vodafone Spain; Alberto Del Sol, Manager of Commercial Development, Digital Marketing and Innovation of Vodafone Spain; Isabel García, Head of Sustainability and Quality of Vodafone Spain; and Tomás de Andrés, Head of Digital Innovation of the Vodafone Spain Foundation, the degree of requirement of the Projects has been maximum, and finally we have not been awarded the final prize.

The winners of this edition, awarded to technological projects that have stood out for their innovative nature, impact for their interest, novelty and potential in the promotion of Digital Transformation have been: BINDI, UDE and the Royal Theater.
