Drone by Drone will give an intergenerational training workshop for learning drone piloting by adults (in this case over 55 years of age) and their minor companions (in this case under 15 years of age) within the II BBKSASOIKO Intergenerational Campus for this Christmas of 2022.
BBK Sasoiko is an initiative of BBK (Kutxabank) with the aim of offering activities and encouraging the participation of people who are finishing their working days but want to remain active, contribute to society and self-fulfill. A project that seeks to be able to extend the socially productive stage of people once their working life is over.
With the idea of raising awareness among users of toy drones and UAS subject to specific air regulations, some talks will be given, including practices with toy drones at the BBK Sasoiko facilities on Ronda street in Bilbao.
On January 3 and 4, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., you can also enjoy drone piloting workshops, 3D printer workshops, cooking, and astronomy .

In this way, the pairs of attendees will have some knowledge for the recreational flight of drones, knowing the limitations of their use at a legal level, and being able to learn to manage them to fly as safely as possible.
