We have signed a collaboration agreement with FP Andra Mari de Galdakao

Drone by Drone has signed a collaboration agreement on drone training with the CIFP Andra Mari de Galdakao Vocational Training Center.

The agreement signed between the Bizkaia drone operating company and the professional training center aims to bring aircraft closer to the classroom, introducing them into existing training processes or creating new ones.

Drone by Drone will advise the management of the center and the teaching staff to introduce the use of unmanned aircraft in current training courses, both in medium and higher cycles, in which drones are identified as potential tools for use in expanding the capabilities of future workers. To this end, it is intended to train teachers in professional techniques for the use of drones, as well as advise them on legislation. It must be remembered that most of the training centers in Bizkaia are located in controlled airspace, so knowledge of flight procedures and the necessary authorizations is essential.

In addition, with the expert support of the Drone by Drone staff, it is intended that the CIFP Andra Mari can choose to be the reference center for the use of drones in Bizkaia, being able to opt for the teaching of the Specialization Course in Remotely Piloted Aircraft - Drones. A complete 500-hour course for senior technicians in professional training with the intention of mastering the construction and maintenance of drones or RPAS or UAS, configuring them according to the design characteristics and adapting them to the sectors where they are going to provide services, under conditions of technical quality and safety, as defined in Article 5 of Royal Decree 393/2022, of May 24.

During this summer, the operating company and the training center intend to take the first steps of their alliance, ensuring that the Andra Mari CIFP can be 'approved' as an operator with its written procedures and processes, its duly trained staff and its equipment (aircraft) prepared for their mission.
