We participated in the V edition of the Provider Program with the drone and entrepreneurship as protagonists

One more year, Drone by Drone has participated in the 5th edition of the Provider Program, promoted by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and Tknika with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship and promoting the generation from Vocational Training of new businesses that provide solutions to the industry of the future.

Tknika is a center promoted by the Vice-Ministry of Vocational Training of the Department of Education of the Basque Government whose main objective is to contribute to the improvement of the standards and quality of vocational training in the Basque Country.

Within the Provider program, the UAS operating company of Bizkaia has held a dissemination and entrepreneurship day for around 60 students selected from the 27 vocational training centers in the Basque Country, in which the drone or UAS has been the main protagonist. The use of unmanned aircraft as a tool for a multitude of sectors has been exposed, with many possibilities for growth and innovation. Success stories have been shown in sectors such as audiovisual, civil works and topography, precision agriculture, technical inspections, emergencies and protection, etc. All this with the idea of promoting innovation among attendees and future entrepreneurs, emphasizing the risks of the business model.

The day included flight demonstrations whose objective was to carry out an FPV flight using DJI Avata and a thermographic and zoom inspection of the facilities of the building where the BIC Zamudio is housed in the Technology Park.

The day included the following activities:

- Entrepreneurship talk based on the experience of Drone by Drone

- Outdoor flight demonstrations at the Zamudio Technology Park.

- DronebyYourself drone kit assembly and configuration workshop, DIY type.

The Bidasoa Vocational Training Center has also held a flight and piloting exhibition of toy drones in one of the classrooms at the Zamudio center with a circuit provided by Drone by Drone.

All this to show students and teachers at VET centers the complete workflow and the results that can be obtained.

From Drone by Drone, we would once again thank the promoters of the Provider Program for the opportunity to get closer to such a dedicated audience and the possibility of continuing to disseminate and raise awareness about unmanned aviation, both in its full use and in the responsible use of the tool.
